Freedom Through Fascia – 4 Part Series
Join Hayley for an afternoon of mindful movement designed to nourish your fascia and connective tissues. This unique workshop series blends fascia flossing, myofascial release, and yin yoga, incorporating insights from Traditional Chinese Medicine to promote balance, harmony, and overall well-being.

Each session focuses on a different area of the body. You’re welcome to attend any or all sessions that resonate with you.
No prior experience is needed—just bring an open mind, a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a willingness to move and explore. Come as you are and give your body the love it deserves.

In the future, I hope to run yoga retreats in beautiful, mostly outdoor settings where we can give ourselves space from our daily routines to tend to the fire in each of our hearts. I want to create spaces of connection where people feel empowered to look inwards and supported enough to let their inner feelings be expressed and seen.
